Question from Keli

Would 105cm work for me? 5’3” and 145 lbs? I want to use them for a trail running race. Thanks! I’m having a hard time finding 110cm
1/2/2024
Answer from Jeremy L

Hi Keli! You are solidly in the 110cm size rang. 105cm will still climb great but won't be as versatile. We have the TSL in 110cm, which have a similar glove attachment system, or the BD poles which have classic wrist straps.

Question from Karen

Can you add attachments for running on pavement and for snow shoeing. Tbe baskets and foot pads? I have these from my original Leki poles. Can they attach to these poles as well?
11/29/2022
Answer from Patrick C

Karen,

Leki does make a few rubber attachments that cover the carbide tip to make them more pavement friendly. For winter-time, they sell an aluminum section that replaces the lowest section of the pole. It comes with a powder basket already attached. If you want to explore these options feel free to e-mail us at skyrun@skimo.co!

Question from Alison Rudrud

How do I determine what size I need?

I’m 5’ 10” and 160lbs

Need for ultra mountain trail race
8/9/2022
Answer from Will McD

Hey Alison, for running poles it is a usually personal preference but going with your normal alpine pole length or slightly shorter is usually preferred. For someone who is 5'10, the 115cm-120cm length would work just fine.
