I'll preface this by saying I don't love wearing a vest. I grabbed this because I wanted to be able to hold 2 bottles, phone, jacket, nutrition and poles easily without wearing a vest. This belt works great. Minimal to no bounce even when I'm stacked out for a 3 hour run in the winter. Compartments are super easy to get into even with gloves on. Big pull tabs to get them open and get my stuff. Very comfortable. Would recommend for longer runs.

I use this for trail running early mornings and on the medium setting it gives me plenty of light. I don't do any scrambling or super technical stuff in the dark. Battery life is great. I probably recharge it every couple weeks. Looks kind of weird, but it's super comfy and light. Great headlamp for a couple dark hours before the sun comes up.

Swapped over to these poles and love them. Super easy to use, stiff where you need it and the hand straps are awesome. Would definitely recommend.
