My waist size is in the over lap between median and large. Do the sizes run true and/or do I size down to avoid bounce? Thanks

Hi Chuck, I think the sizes are pretty accurate. The S/M would likely work best for you unless it's going over heavier layers. I'm just over the high end of the S/M and land solidly in the M/L. I hope this helps.
