This quiver does not have that feature, it was designed with the goal of being as fast and easily accessible as possible during races so it has a stiffer collar and holds its form quite well to make stashing and retrieving your poles super easy while moving. In some situations, however, it may be a bit less secure since it does not have a cinch cord.
