Hi Aaron, I suspect this vest may be a bit small for something like UTMB, but depends on the exact required gear list. I would look for something closer to 15 liters or so. For sizing, are you a S european or US? The sizing doesn't exactly match up, I would tend to think you're a M/L. The XS/S is pretty small. There's a size chart above as well.

Hi Mark, looks like that shoe has the laces fixed in place at the toe. You should still be able to get them to work, but might need to tie off the ends.
