Hi Todd, very much personal preference, but I would say 125cm for steeper terrain or 130cm for flatter.

Hi Adam, we don't have one of those vests on hand to check, but looking at a photo of it, I'm not sure where you'd attach the metal hook at the top. The Dynafit Trail Running Quiver attaches around the shoulder strap, that might work better. Hard to say without trying one with the vest, though.

Hi Amanda, the 110cm would be pretty spot on for your height. The 105 would be nice for steep climbs, and the 115 would work if you have more of a nordic/skimo background.
