Salomon S/Lab Pulsar SG Shoe
When Eliud Kipchoge broke the two-hour barrier in the marathon, he was aided by a v-formation of pacesetters, sublime weather, and one hell of a fancy shoe that was so effective they were nearly banned from international competition. Not to be outdone, Salomon developed the S/Lab Pulsar SG as a performance-enhancing trail race shoe with their own superathlete, Kilian Jornet, and the results speak for themselves. Sporting brawnier lugs over the S/Lab, the SG (for “soft ground”) is intended for speedy performances over variable trail surfaces. This shoe also features a soft sock-fit and MatryxⓇ mesh upper, which, coupled with strategic cushioning, secure and cushion your feet without adding weight. Meanwhile, a rockered sole design simply demands speed by rotating your heel forward upon each foot pronation. When race day performance is a must, try the Salomon S/Lab Pulsar SG!
SkyRun Fit Tip - For the best fit, we recommend sizing down by ½ US size. (All S/LAB products are listed in men's US sizes - Ladies, please choose 1 full size down)
- Soft sock-fit wraps your instep for comfortable security.
- MatryxⓇ mesh construction offloads humidity.
- Rockered sole economizes foot pronation, optimizing for speed.
- Heavy-duty lugs provide grip on dirt, mud, or other shifty terrain.
Update 2023: The Pulsar SG has been replaced with the Pulsar 2 SG.
