La Sportiva Freccia Short
It turns out, Freccia means “arrow” in Italian so that should give you an idea of this short’s intentions - straight to the top. The La Sportiva Freccia is a minimalist short that focuses on freedom of movement while running so you have one less thing to worry about. It’s perfect for uneven terrain, scrambles, alpine environments, and hard-to-reach summits. Four-way stretch side inserts, mesh pockets, and a no-bulk, adjustable waistband all prove the point. Other details such as Polygiene-treated inner brief, flatlock seam construction, and hits of reflectivity only add to the Freccia’s capabilities. La Sportiva hit the bullseye with this one.
- No-bulk, adjustable waistband for happy hips.
- Polygiene treated brief reduces any funk.
- Flatlock seam construction prevents dreaded clothing chafe.
- 4-way stretchy side inserts don’t restrict your movement when you need it most.

Questions & Reviews
The also have a draw string and thin waistband, which I have a huge preference for over thicker waistbands.
The con I would say is that they don't fit modern cell phone bricks in the pocket easily - but that's what Packs and Naked Running belts are for anyways.
