I've had a pair of Flash Shorts for about a year and half and have been loving them! The waistband pockets are versatile and on short to medium length runs, it keeps me from using my running belt or a vest. I can fit gels, keys, a small flask in the back pocket and trash in the waistband. There is also a drawstring around the waist to keep it snug so your accessories don't bounce or fall out of the waist. They are clearly made out of very premium materials that other brands don't quite compare to, and it's a treat to have a pair of Crazy shorts in my quiver.

Nice shorts but the sizing runs small. I'm 6', 170lbs. 31 inch waist. Medium wasn't even close. Sending them back for a large. Fingers crossed.
