I've been using these for speedwork and a few medium-length runs (10-15 miles). These are one of the lighter shoes on the market which you can definitely feel when pushing hard on climbs. I don't avidly use drink mixes, but Open Fuel drink mixes have made me reconsider. Every flavor is hands down the best drink mix I've had, and it has a great balance of carbs to sodium. I use it mostly as a recovery drink, but even during activity, it sits well and is very easy to get down.

These are one of my absolute favorite gels. The flavors are delicious while not overpowering and the texture is easy to digest. I highly recommend giving these a try! Note: The electrolyte version has a grainy texture that the standard gels do not.

I've had a pair of Flash Shorts for about a year and half and have been loving them! The waistband pockets are versatile and on short to medium length runs, it keeps me from using my running belt or a vest. I can fit gels, keys, a small flask in the back pocket and trash in the waistband.
