That was the exact approach that Satisfy took with TheRocker, their foray into a trail shoe, and Vibram satisfied Satisfy's proprietary demands. The unique Megagrip + Litebase outsole performs better than expected across a wide range of surfaces, so it's sure to be a winner on your home trails. Sandwiched between the rubber and the upper is the debut of Euforia S-Foam, a PEBA and EVA super foam that cushions as well as it rebounds. The upper is highly breathable and constructed from Nova Nylon 66, which boasts a high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent abrasion resistance. Pair that with a 5mm drop and a low weight, and you have a long-distance, nicely cushioned, and techy-terrain-busting tool at your disposal. TheRocker may be Satisfy's first step into their own trail running footwear, but SkyRun hopes there will be many more offerings to come.
