NNormal Cadi Shoe - Women
The women's Nnormal Cadí is built for trail runners who value comfort, cushioning, and reliable performance on moderate terrain. Designed to deliver a smooth, confidence-boosting ride, it supports long training days and steady adventure miles with ease. The hardwearing upper provides excellent step-in comfort, creating a secure yet adaptable feel. Built on an adapted Kjerag last, the women’s Cadí features a wider toe box for natural foot splay and reduced pressure during extended efforts. Furthermore, women's US sizes 8.0 and smaller (6.5 UK) are adapted to better fit women's feet, featuring a narrower heel, a lower instep, and reduced volume for a more precise, supportive fit. Underfoot, the ETPU midsole softens impact without unnecessary weight, while Vibram Megagrip ensures confident traction on varied surfaces. Durable, comfortable, and thoughtfully shaped, the women's Cadí is your dependable partner for everyday trail miles.

Questions & Reviews
The good things first: The tread of the outsole is stiff and rugged enough for most trails. Compared to the sleek, minimal feel of other Nnormal models, the Cadi will look and feel chunky and overbuilt, but I could see this being a plushy daily trainer that will get you through most trail terrain. The foam is light, comfortable and nimble without losing stability or groundfeel with the added stack. The shoe length, toebox shape and midfoot were a perfect fit for me.
Now the bad: Unfortunately, I was swimming in the heel cup as if it was still shaped for a male sized heel. The extra space made it impossible to get a locked-in feel.
The upper material is a kevlar-like single wrap material that seems very durable, but there are no cuts to allow for breathability... Just walking around in my house my feet were sweating, so I don't see how this shoe would be tolerable in non-alpine climates.
The most baffling feature of this shoe is that is has a removable insole... I know the kjerag does not have an insole and thought this brand typically forgoes removable insoles. This addition is not mentioned in the specs of this shoe on Nnormal's website. Why am I making a fuss? This insole extends past the width of the shoe platform by almost an inch up the inner wall of the midfoot, and digs relentlessly into the arch of my foot. I have a narrow foot and a high arch, and could imagine someone with a standard width foot experiencing extreme discomfort with this design. I'm not sure if it's shaped this way to provide more arch support or if this was a manufacturing flaw. There is no smooth finish underneath the insole to allow you to go without it. If you wear after-market insoles or orthotics perhaps you could swap them and fix the insole problem. I hope others have better luck with the first iteration of this shoe model.
