These are awesome. I have persistent foot and ankle issues and have multiple pairs of custom orthotics I paid hundreds of dollars for, but I don't have them in every pair of shoes and don't like constantly moving them around so I also have several pairs of Superfeet Blue insoles and they get the job done for the most part. Make sure to try on multiple sizes, I'm an 11 shoe but the F size fits me best.
