Does this belt hold two 250 mL flasks or two 500 mL flasks? I imagine it's the former but just wanted to confirm.

The brim is very small (compared to other hats that I own), so it doesn't have as much sun-blocking protection that you're used to. Otherwise, it's well made, like all Dynafit products.
