My initial impression of these gels was neither bad nor great, but that has changed the more I've used them. They have become some of my favorites for the mild taste, good hit of calories (not too much, not too little), and the well-designed packaging that minimizes the chance of dropping the tab you just ripped off the top. I've been experimenting with the PF 90 gels as well, and have found these ideal for longer days - less wrappers to fill up your nutrition pockets, less mess, and plenty of calories. Having a couple of larger, resealable gels makes tons of sense compared to carrying 10+ smaller packets.
All in all, great taste, good consistency, smart packaging - all-around excellent fuel.
