HOKA Zinal 2
With 2200 meters of climbing in a short 31km, Sierre-Zinal is one of the most anticipated trail races of the season and runs over five 4000m peaks in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The namesake of the HOKA Zinal 2 requires a fast shoe that excels in technical terrain. For quicker mountain runs, the stack height has been reduced for better turnover, and the lugs have increased in length for improved grip on uneven trails. This terrain tends to fill your shoes with unwanted debris, but the integrated tongue with a stretch-knit collar solves this mild dilemma. Weighing in at a scant 250g, the Zinal 2 won't hold you back on short to mid-distance runs on burly trails.
SkyRun Fit Tip - We find the Zinal 2 to be true to size for a race fit. If you are between sizes or want a more relaxed fit, size up by 1/2 US size.
- Protective toe cap because trails aren't smooth.
- Ventilated air flow design will dry quickly and keep feet cool on hot days.
- VibramĀ® Megagrip with Traction Lug and Litebase construction is the holy trinity of racing outsoles.
- Early Stage Meta-Rocker allows for a quick and smooth stride.
