Dynafit Alpine Shoe
The Dynafit Alpine shoe is designed for the type of runner that has a hard time picking their favorite type of trail. The Alpine’s versatile, all rounder capabilities provide a buffet style approach to trail running which means there’s no need to pick a shoe designed for just one entree. Feast on packed trails, rocky paths, loose scree, steep singletrack, and whatever else the mountains can throw your way. The Vibram Megagrip lugs keep you megagripped on all surfaces so you can keep on chewing through miles. For a fluid and improved heel-to-toe motion, Dynafit included what they’re calling the Alpine Rocker in the midsole. The Dynafit Alpine trail running shoe allows you to taste the trail running good life.

Questions & Reviews
Only thing I would advise is that they do run a little small (from my perspective). I'm a 10.5 almost regardless of brand (and was in the Ultra 100's) and would have probably gone up to an 11 in these if I were to do it again.
Fit is snug, as is consistent with Dynafits and La Sportiva. I'm an 11 in Saucony, 12 in Sportiva's Bushido, and went with a snug 11.5 in these. My toes gripe a bit on downhills, but the precise fit is stellar in 4th/low 5th class terrain.
Great protection underfoot, sticky soles, and a snug/secure fit, all in a shoe made to get beat up in the alpine. What more could you ask for.
Super durable. I've been able to get over 400 miles out of them, and they still look good but start to lose their cushion at this point.
I did size up a 1/2 size from my "normal" shoe size and found that to work well for me. My only complaint is that the heel cup felt a little shallow when I first got them but after one run in them I found that it packed out well and I zero heel movement after or during that initial break-in run.
