I have used this watch for training, running Hardrock, and multiple epic distance runs. I got this watch after using a Garmin Fenix 6 for several years. After making the adjustment to the Coros app and watch interface I find I am now a Coros convert! I would argue this is probably the best ultra marathon watch you can get right now. With the combination of price, light weight, low profile, intuitive watch interface, and easy to use Coros app it's best in class for sure. On my trip to Silverton Colorado...

I am a huge fan of the Nnormal Kjerag shoes, so I got these sock to go with them. The sizing says a L goes up to 12 US or 46 EU, but I am a size 13 US or 47 EU and the size L fits me great. The socks are made in Spain and have a very strong elastic compression to them. The only reason I knock them down a star is that they do not seem as durable or tight knit as Darn Tough socks. I do prefer them to the Nnormal merino socks and these are tighter knit than they are. Know that these are also more of a mi...

I got this hat included with the Kilian Jornet edition of the Coros Apex Pro 2 I purchased. It's a great looking hat, very light weight, packable, and full of tech with the welded seams and lazer cut vents. The visor is somewhat small and does not have much structure to it which is a positive and negative in that it helps it pack down easily, but can blow up and does not provide a lot of coverage. It comes as a one size fits most and to me that is the main issue I have with it. It is very small and shal...

I have used this pack for training runs and on several epic long runs including the 4 pass loop in Aspen, the Skyline Traverse in Boulder, and Pikes Peak Barr trail. This is a great lightweight "race pack" as the name says. I don't think it could be made any lighter and it is similar to the Salomon Sense Pro 5, but better with some great improvements. First it's important to know that the Nnormal fit for L/XL is like a M/L in a Salomon hydration vest. If you are an XL in Salomon I don't think the Nnomal...
These are the best thin, no cushion socks you can buy! I wore these for a lot of training and all of Hardrock with the Nnormal Kjerags and didn't get a single blister. After washing them they didn't even look that worn. They have a nice tight knit and strong elastic, but are still thin and comfortable. They dried quickly after going through stream crossings as well. If I could only have one pair of socks these would be the ones I would choose.
