Tailwind High Carb is an excellent way to drastically increase calorie/carb intake especially on long, unsupported missions where you can't take pounds of gels with you. One might wonder if you could just do four scoops of normal Tailwind Endurance Fuel, but with the special formulation of High Carb, your electrolytes stay in much better balance and it is easier to stomach. I would give five stars; however, the flavors taste similar due to the powerful taste of such high sugar content.
