Speedland GS-TMT Shoe
Speedland's shoes are named to indicate their intended use while paying homage to the regions, trails, and athletes that inspired each shoe's design. The Speedland GS:TMT is a high-tech, high-cushion ultra-distance shoe named after the Tiger Mountain Trail (TMT) in Washington State and designed in collaboration with ultra-runner Ben Gibbard*. Speedland's GS-series provides maximum cushioning and protection for your longest and most demanding efforts, thanks to the high stack height and 100% beaded HTPU external midsole. Additionally, the proprietary drop-in midsole is removable, allowing you to add or remove the Carbitex GearFlex Plate, which customizes your ride to suit each day's objectives. Two multidirectional Li2 BOA ensures a perfect fit across the whole foot and allows for easy adjustment between ascending, descending, and re-ascending. Where the wheels hit the road, the durable and tacky Michelin OC1 outsole features generous 6.5mm lugs and has proven to have exceptional traction, even midwinter in the wet and muddy milieu of the namesake Tiger Mountain Trail in the Pacific Northwest.
