Our motto is light is right, and very few things in a running arsenal is lighter than a race hat. Keep sweat out of your eyes, the sun out of your face, and the rain off your nose. Really, this is the best form of protecting your face area from the elements save for wearing a welder's mask, and that's a lot heavier than the Speed Cap. To that end, we recommend it for running more than the welder's mask (which we don't have available in stock). A split in the back of the cap allows the elastic cinch to be tightened or loosened easily, even while running.
