Jonathon Toker, inventor of the SaltStick, athlete, and owner of a Ph.D. in organic chemistry, felt there could be a better way to get essential minerals into the body while exercising. He filled that void and went to work full-time at SaltStick in 2007. The SaltStick products are made in the USA at an FDA-inspected cGMP facility to ensure there are no questionable additives in their products.
