Best price to value belt IMO. I’ll vote going only one size up based on the chart if you plan to load it up and don’t want bounce. I’ve carried two 500ml bottles (front pocket and rear pass through) plus nutrition and a phone to get through two hour runs. I’ve also used a handheld sleeve to rotate bottles for a total of 3 500ml on warm days. It’s gone through the washer and dryer by accident and no real worse for the wear but would recommend hand wash only.

I wear 11.5 in the S/Lab Genesis. Should I go 45.5 or 46 in the Prodigio Pro? Thanks!
