Hello Scarlett, we went through a detailed measurement and photo session with the 3 shoes. The photo shows the mens and women's Bushido. The Outsole measured the same, and the footbeds and shoe weight are the same too. They are identical, not all brands or models have different fits. As far as the Men's wide version, they too have the same size insole. The overall width is not noticeably different. Scarlett, The mens and women's models will have the same width for the same size shoe. The wide version is a bit wider throughout the length of the shoe, not just the toe box. But they are still not as wide like an Altra shoe.
