Julie, We have the replacement Distance Tech Tip. It doesn't look too damaged to replace. It does take some work and a heat gun to get that off.

Jen, Go with the 37.5 to give your toes adequate space for the down.

Russell, The straps have a velcro adjustment on the inside of the strap. Can't say on replaceability, we do not carry extra straps.
