I LOVE THIS BELT. I am a proud belt supremacist and this is my go TOO! it can fit a downright stupid amount of stuff and a ton of water, i think if there is water on the trail you could easily fit up to 6-7 hours of nutrition in the belt and it comes with an 800ml bottle which is great!
