Launched in 2026, Carbivore Gel is a female owned, Salt Lake City based energy gel brand. After creating products for multiple nutrition manufacturers, they saw a need for a more naturally based product on the market. Allison centered her PHD dissertation on the ideal gel recipe for endurance athletes and Carbivore is the result.
