Just spent 3 days on the JMT breaking these in. 80 miles and 23,000 feet of elevation gain later and these are definitely my favorite shoe of the year for long distance efforts. I tried the 055 and that shoe didn’t play nicely with my heel bones. This shoe was comfortable right out of the box. Felt very familiar to my H1’s but with much better bite from the Vibram Megagrip.
